Parenting Styles Can Vary Greatly

I am a substitute teacher and I work in both urban and rural settings. I like to work in the elementary schools only as I feel like they are still going to listen and do not have many hormonal imbalances yet. I used to substitute teach in middle school grades and I realized that there was no amount of money that could get me back into the school as many of the kids were nasty and acted like they had 11+ herts hooked up to them all the time.
